Churchlands Foundation
The Churchlands Senior High School Foundation was incorporated in 2014 to support and enrich the school and its students. Churchlands Senior High School is one of the first independent public high schools to develop a Foundation in Western Australia (WA).
We hope to set an example raising the standard of the school facilities and opportunities we provide to our students and therefore, enhance the reputation of public education across WA.
The Churchlands Vision
It takes all of us
The kind support of alumni, parents, staff and friends of Churchlands will assist the school in upholding and enhancing its values of excellence, opportunity, innovation and advancement. We encourage our community to support our fundraising efforts and campaigns through online donations.

In 2016, the Churchlands Foundation conceived the brilliant initiative to raise funds to pay for the installation of solar panels to reduce the school's electricity costs through the launch of the 'Solar Power to Scholarships' project. After four years of planning, hard work and the generous contribution by our Churchlands community - parents, staff, alumni and business partners, the $750 000 project has finally been completed.
The school monitors the savings from the electricity cost and in conjunction with the Foundation will use these savings to award a range of student scholarships and to support some staff professional development initiatives.
Since 2016, the Foundation has been able to offer two or three Music scholarships annually to students from the Gifted and Talented Program worth $3500 each award (previously $4500). In 2023, the Foundation explanded its scholarship program that include areas of academic, environment, leadership and special focus programs such as languages, sports, Indigenous studies and disability studies with an annual allocation of $120,000 per annum.
We are hopeful that as the Foundation gains more support the opportunities we are able to offer will keep expanding.
As the Marketing and Media Officer I will endeavour to keep you informed as the Foundation grows and develops, but in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me via email if you would like to find out more or make a gift to the school.
